1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the olx89 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. olx89 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend any Account where the age of the Account holder cannot be confirmed to the satisfaction of olx89's compliance team.

2.2 Residency

olx89 primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence. olx89 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute.

2.3 Legal Capacity

By registering an Account, you confirm that you are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party, and that you are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register to which olx89 has access.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to open or operate an Account on olx89:

• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of olx89 or any of its associated companies, and their immediate family members.
• Individuals who have previously been permanently excluded from the Platform for fraud, collusion, or material breach of these Terms.
• Individuals acting under the instruction or for the financial benefit of any other person or organisation in connection with their use of the Platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of olx89 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, olx89 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated wagers and winnings, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify olx89 immediately via the support contact if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. olx89 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

olx89 operates a mandatory KYC process. Before your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent point where olx89's compliance team deems verification necessary — you will be required to submit the following documentation:

• A government-issued photo identification document (national identity card or passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (bank statement or utility bill).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your Account (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account confirming your registered name).

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by olx89 will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting olx89 customer support. olx89 may also close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including in instances of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirement. Any real-money Balance remaining in a verified Account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

olx89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Indonesian payment channels, all denominated in IDR:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

olx89 does not accept cash deposits, wire transfers in foreign currencies, or payments from credit cards issued outside Indonesia. All payment methods used for deposit must be registered in the Player's own name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallet are typically credited to a Player's Account Balance within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are generally processed within one to three business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. olx89 does not charge any deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges for which olx89 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Players must comply with the current limits in force at the time of each transaction. olx89 reserves the right to impose additional transaction limits on individual Accounts for fraud prevention or compliance purposes.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is completed will be held pending until verification is approved. Once approved, standard withdrawal requests are processed within one to 24 hours. olx89 reserves the right to extend processing times in exceptional circumstances, including where additional verification is required. 4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

Any funds deposited to the Platform must originate from a legitimate source. olx89 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal that is unusually large or that triggers an internal compliance flag. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal may be processed, regardless of bonus status.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

olx89 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds awarded by olx89 may not be withdrawn directly. A Wagering Requirement — expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) — must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion's detail page.

5.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings not withdrawn or wagered within the validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation. Players are responsible for reviewing the validity period applicable to each bonus they accept.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

olx89 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine game participation, using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus.

5.5 Promotional Calendar

olx89 periodically runs seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events — including campaigns during Ramadan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions are subject to availability, separate eligibility criteria, and the specific terms published at the time of each campaign. olx89 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Game Integrity

Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on olx89's side, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance.

6.4 Erroneous Odds or Payouts

In the event that olx89 publishes manifestly incorrect odds, payout tables, or game settings due to a technical or human error, olx89 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the original stake to the Player. No player has an enforceable claim to winnings generated by a demonstrably erroneous payout configuration.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the olx89 Platform. Engagement in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all pending wagers and Balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the olx89 Platform — including but not limited to the olx89 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and underlying source code — is the exclusive property of olx89 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 10 Limitation of Liability

olx89's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the Account Balance held by that Player at the time the claim arose.

11 Privacy & Data

olx89 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law
